Cancellation, Refund and Class Exchange Policy – ​​PureForm Pilates Studio
To ensure that our classes run smoothly and respect the time of all students and professionals involved, we have established the following policy:

❌ Class Cancellation
A scheduled class must be cancelled at least 12 hours in advance.

Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance will be considered a missed class, with no right to a make-up.

If the class is more than 15 minutes late, it will be automatically cancelled and considered lost.

🔁 Class Rescheduling (Exchanges)
Classes cancelled in advance may be rescheduled within the same month, subject to availability in the studio’s schedule.

The make-up must be carried out within the validity period of the package purchased.

Classes cannot be transferred to another student or accumulated for future months.

💰 Refunds
The amount paid for class plans or packages is non-refundable, except in cases of force majeure, upon analysis and proof.

In case of cancellation before the start of the plan, 20% of the total amount paid will be retained as an administrative fee.

After the start of classes, there will be no refunds; only a possible transfer of credit to another plan or student may be evaluated, subject to approval by the administration.

📌 Final Observations
This policy aims to maintain organization, commitment and mutual respect between the studio and its students.

PureForm Pilates Studio reserves the right to adjust its policy with prior notice to students.
